
WHO IS JEN?
Jen Morel is the founder of Blessed Yoga, a transformational yoga platform designed to help individuals cultivate balance, strength, and inner peace. Originally from London, Jen’s journey into yoga was sparked during her time at the University of Bath, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While on placement at University College London (UCL), she studied consumer psychology and entrepreneurship, even developing a scale to measure how visionary individuals are—research that fueled her passion for carving her own path.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
But it was during this time that Jen discovered yoga, a practice that seamlessly wove together her deep interests in the mind, body, and spirituality. Yoga became more than just movement—it was a tool for healing, helping her navigate and overcome anxiety. The practice gave her the space to reconnect with herself, find inner calm, and build resilience. This personal transformation ignited a desire to share yoga with others, helping them experience the same sense of peace, strength, and empowerment.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
As a yoga instructor, Jen has worked with individuals from all walks of life, from complete beginners to elite athletes. One of her career highlights was teaching Arsenal Football Club, guiding professional footballers through yoga sessions designed to enhance their flexibility, mobility, and mental focus. This experience reinforced her belief that yoga is for everyone—whether you're an athlete looking for peak performance, a busy professional needing balance, or someone simply searching for a deeper connection within.

THE WHY
Through Blessed Yoga, Jen now shares her passion with a global community. Her teaching style is fluid, intuitive, and deeply connected to the rhythms of both nature and the human experience. Whether through dynamic flows, breathwork, meditation, or mindfulness practices, her mission is to help others unlock their potential, heal from stress and anxiety, and step into their most authentic selves—both on and off the mat.

OTHER PASSIONS
In addition to her yoga teachings, Jen is deeply passionate about holistic living, motherhood, and self-discovery. She believes yoga is a way of life, one that nourishes the body, mind, and soul. Through her online classes, retreats, and social platforms, she inspires a growing community to live with intention, vitality, and self-love.
